Miley Cyrus was spotted roaming around Paris, France with friends on September 4.
The 17-year-old star was wearing a lose fit tank, black baggy silk-like pants, short heeled boots and a chain strap Chanel handbag.
Miley was also filming “LOL: Laughing Out Loud” with co-stars Ashley Greene, Demi Moore, Tanz Watson and Ashley Hinshaw.
