Carrie Underwood and Kevin Eubanks have been named the “world’s sexiest vegetarians” in PETA’s annual contest.

Results were released Tuesday by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

Carrie Underwood is winner of “American Idol” and Grammy-winning country singer. Eubanks, 49 is a leader of NBC’s “Tonight Show” band.
Eubanks leapt ahead of his competitors with help from Jay Leno, who encouraged viewers to vote for Eubanks and “bring honor” to the late-night NBC talk show.

“I’m gonna keep this campaign going,” Leno said during a recent show after sharing a photo of a shirtless Eubanks with his audience. Leno said the shot, in which Eubanks is holding a backpack and posing against a woodsy backdrop, wasn’t doctored.

Last year, Prince and Bell, who starred on the “Veronica Mars” TV series, were picked as the two sexiest vegetarians. Previous winners also include Natalie Portman, Andre 3000, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Shania Twain, Tobey Maguire, Lauren Bush, Josh Hartnett and Alicia Silverstone.

Justin Timberlake, a pop singer, wanted to record a duet with Coldplay since he is a huge fan of the British band and he is very interested in working with them.

The 26-year-old singer revealed, “I’d love to do a duet with Coldplay - especially Chris Martin. To me they are like a modern-day Beatles.”

Nelly Furtado, a mutual friend could introduce Justin Timberlake and Chris to one another.

Justin Timberlake recently teamed up with the Canadian singer, while Chris duetted with Nelly on a version of her track ‘All Good Things’, which he also co-wrote with her.

However, the song never made it onto her last album ‘Loose’ because Coldplay’s record label EMI wouldn’t allow it to be used.

Prince Harry refuses to buy music CDs. It is because he thinks they are a waste of money.

The 22-year-old prince prefers to listen to his favorite artists on the radio as he doesn’t want to spend cash on their albums.

He revealed, “I listen to the radio more than anything else. That way you don’t have to go and buy the records. It’s much easier to listen to the tunes on the radio.”

Nicole Kidman is the new face of a brain-boosting computer game. The actress will appear in a series of TV and print adverts promoting ‘More Brain Training From Dr Kawashima: How Old Is Your Brain?’ which claims it can improve gamers’ mental capacity by exercising their brains.

In the adverts, the 40-year-old actress is seen tackling the challenges on a portable Nintendo DS console.

The actress admits she is a huge fan of the game. She revealed, “I love the concept that Nintendo is reaching out to new audiences with their self-improvement products like ‘Brain Training’. She added, “Most importantly, I’ve quickly found that training my brain is a great way to keep my mind feeling young.”

The game includes a ‘brain age check’ that measures the speed and accuracy in which players complete math, cognitive and language challenges, which increase in difficulty as gamers progress.

Dawn Paine, the Marketing Director of Nintendo UK, is confident Nicole will boost sales of the game across Europe, where the advertising campaign will be shown. Paine revealed, “The ‘Brain Training’ phenomenon is sweeping the globe, enjoyed by over 10 million people from grandparents to Oscar-winning actors. We believe that Nicole’s leading role in all the campaigns and the revelation of her DS Brain Age will surprise and excite people all over Europe.”

Cameron Diaz has issued an apology after ‘insulting’ locals on a visit to Peru by carrying a bag emblazoned with a communist slogan.

The actress was visiting the Inca city of Machu Picchu last Friday using an olive green bag with a red star and the words “Serve the People” written in Chinese. The message was seen by many as a reference to Chinese Communist leader Mao Zedong. Zedong’s Maoist Shining Path insurgency fought the Peruvian government in the 1980s and early 1990s, killing almost 70,000 people.

Human rights activists described the actress’ bag as “inappropriate”, however Diaz has now apologized for her ignorance.

She said, “I sincerely apologize to anyone I may have inadvertently offended. The bag was a purchase I made as a tourist in China and I did not realize the potentially hurtful nature of the slogan printed on it.”

She added, “I’m sorry for any people’s pain and suffering and it was certainly never my intention to reopen what I now know is a painful wound in this country’s history.”

Angelina Jolie has continued to say bizarre and cryptic things to the media, causing more confusion and speculation about her relationship with Brad Pitt.

Aside from constant public refusal to marry, the actress has now revealed that she may never have said “I love you” to the father of her children.

Lindsay Lohan will carry out an “extended program” in rehab but she will not spend her 21st birthday in the facility, according to her mother.

Rupert Grint added, “Because we are quite busy we do miss out, but we still have those kinds of experiences like getting drunk for the first time.”

Despite enjoying going out, Daniel Radcliffe revealed he always puts his work first. He said, “What I enjoy most is the acting and the work, but it doesn’t stop us from having a party once in a while. Parties are fine and fun.”

In the latest film, “Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix,” Daniel has his first on-screen kiss with Katie Leung, who plays fellow Hogwarts student Cho Chang. But he admits he wasn’t nervous as nothing can touch the nerve-wracking experience of appearing naked on stage, which he did in West End hit “Equus”

He added, “Once you’ve been on stage naked in front of 1,000 people you really feel you can do most anything without inhibition. The kissing was fun but less sexy than I imagined. We probably got it right on the 30th take!”

Paris Hilton can’t wait to be released from jail, so she can ditch her orange prison jumpsuit, her mother has revealed.

Kathy Hilton visited the socialite at Lynwood California’s Century Regional Detention Center on Saturday June 23 and claimed the 25-year-old is “very, very excited to see the family”. She added, “Paris is doing really well, she is really looking forward to going home, and she thanks you in the press who supported her. She wants to be with the family and she can’t wait to take that orange suit off. “She’s sick of orange, but her health is good. She looks like Paris.”

Paris Hilton will be released from the prison today after serving 23 days of a 45-day sentence for violating probation by driving with a suspended license.

The couple met up again during a party at the barracks where 25-year-old prince is posted as an army officer and were spotted kissing on the dancefloor before going back to his room, the paper said.

The pair have met several times in recent weeks and Kate Middleton will attend a rock concert in London organized by Prince William and Prince Harry in memory of Princess Diana, next Sunday, it added.

A royal source revealed, “Kate and William have been in touch and secretly seeing each other for about a month now. It’s been kept very quiet and — until the party two weeks ago — confined to only their tightest social circle.”

Daniel Radcliffe, the star of the film “Harry Potter,” insists he will be sensible with his hard-earned millions and he doesn’t plan to splash out on frivolous purchases.

The 17-year-old actor, who is set to gain access to around $40 million held in a trust fund when he turns 18 on July 23, insists he’d rather invest in works of art rather than a lavish collection of expensive motors.

He revealed, “I’m quite interested in artwork and things like that but I’ve never been into cars or anything.’

He added, “So I don’t think I’m going to splash out on a classic car collection which I think people expect me to.”
